Catering Policies
To order - Please call (608) 268-0114 or fax (608) 268-0117 or order online. For fax or online orders we will contact you to confirm the receipt of your order.
Payment - Corporate accounts are welcome. An invoice will be delivered with your order and payment is due within 30 days. Any catering without an account is payment due upon delivery. Sunprint accepts Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express.
Notice - Sunprint does request 24 hour notice on catering orders, although we will do our best to work with you on shorter notice. Some bakery products may require up to a three day notice for completion of the order. Any order that has already been prepared or is in the process of being prepared may not be cancelled and payment will still be due.
Delivery - A nominal delivery fee may apply.
Service Utensils and Paper Products - Sunprint will provide all necessary paper products, disposable platters, bowls, cutlery, plates and cups that are necessary for you to enjoy your order.
Leftover Food - Sunprint is proud to cater delicious food at sensible prices, but we are not responsible for our catered food after it is delivered, and in possession of the client.
